clean the product folder to have strcutured folder for data and not a huge file, so information about each part could be found easily. so the agent should read the docs, categories information then format files and folder and isolate information about the product and then create seprate html doc for it and if two parts are related just link them together in proper place. and eliminate duplicate information.
