AGENTS.md
The canonical guidance for AI coding agents in this repository lives in CLAUDE.md
(same folder). Read that first, then the CLAUDE.md inside whichever project you are editing:
- Frontend → client/CLAUDE.md
- Backend → server/CLAUDE.md
Those hold the hard rules. For current-state product truth — what to test, what's blocking launch, what's missing — start at mvp/README.md. The engineering reasoning behind the hard rules, and the full business-requirement docs, were archived on 2026-08-02 into archive/docs/rules/ and archive/product/ respectively — reference material, not actively maintained.
CLAUDE.md is the single source of truth at every level of this repo; these AGENTS.md files are
just pointers so the convention is discoverable under either name.
